Soffi di polenta "I corti"

Curious reinterpretation of our well-known Soffi di Polenta. This is a shorter version but with a more intense flavour. These small and salted strips are the product of an old and secret recipe. Made of cornflour, salt and extra virgin olive oil, they are perfect to be dipped in a cup of milk or tasted with some yogurt during breakfast. They surely are great with dishes like Italian minestrone or any other kind of soup.

Ingredients: corn flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil.
