Polentine

Born from the encounter between a Venetian craftsman’s fine art of bakery and our purpose to innovate the production process. Polentine is a simple corn biscuit, a dip in the bakery tradition of the north-east of Italy. The role of history combined with our attention for the raw material and accurate field research, in a geographic area where the unique biodiversity enables us to maintain the richest and most various nutritional properties. Free-range eggs, brown sugar, high-quality butter, natural flavour of lemon and vanilla Bourbon beans from Madagascar: the best blend for a simple product, genuine and rich in taste.
